Starting over. Moving forward.

I started a lot of times going thru a lot of exercise routine. And I failed to maintain my fitness plans. On my new year, I decided to put everything in place. I'll be disciplined. faster, better and stronger... I want to see the results.

Personal Training and Obesity expert Robert Reames, of the Gold's Gym Fitness Institute, confirms that there is no such thing as "spot reduction," but there is such a thing as spot conditioning. The carrot is an excellent vegetable as it has both nutritional and medicinal values which are essential for our optimum health.
Carrot is an edible root vegetable which is originated from Asia. It gains high respect in Western countries as it has been regarded as the best dishes for its outstanding nutritional and medicinal values. Even Dutch have listed carrot as one of their national dishes.

Cheese is not bad at all!
One often hears one should avoid cheese because it's rich in fat, and also in cholesterol.
