i need a steady routine

i would like to have a complete 20- 30 min. routine everyday that would probably be the best for beginners. I would like to tone up, maybe add some shape to my biceps and stuff. the problems is, i really don't know what routine would work best to get abs, great arms and a trimmed waist. I've tried A LOT of routines out there. None of them seemed to work on me. can someone please suggest a beneficial 20- 30 min./day routine to get me started?thanks!btw, i wouldn't really consider myself a begi...
