Protein shake with milk or
You take protein shakes for the protein... the milk just helps the taste (compared to water). The listings of nutritional facts on protein powders only reflect the powder itself, not the milk, primarily because the type of milk used will change some of the details whether it be Skim, 1%, 2%, whole, Soy, Goat, etc, etc. Essentially, the only difference is just the milk itself... the powder stays the same.
