I like going to the gym every once in a while, as long as it's fun.
I am trying to start a new way of life.. Since October I have lost roughly 30 pounds, so my goal is to keep it off.. So if I can continue to lose more weight and feel better both physically and mentally, I guess that would be a bonus.. My main reason for this change is because of my children who are growing up so fast... I dont want my kids struggle the same way I did.. One day at a time and one tiny goal at a time is all i can do right now...
