Sometimes I drag myself to the gym. Never really liked sports.
I'm basically tall and slim..I want to gain more weight cause that's whats missing right now.

I Have a big appetite though for my body. I eat almost anything but the fat seems to just pass to my stomach and drain away. I really want to add the extra pounds on my weight.

What basic exercise should i do?. I am a Student basically and i want a routine for me to follow everyday as i am busy for the whole weekends doing school stuff and that makes me a little tired to do some workout.

What routine should best fit my skeds?")

hey lian, not sure if you are working out man. if not you should definitely start and increase your food intake. try to work out very hard at least 3 times a week. on these days eat 2 more meal then you usually would. on all other days try to eat fat free snacks in between your meals. for example between breakfast and lunch eat some fresh veggies, same goes for the afternoon. try to stay away from pure white bread. i know thats a common snack from bake shops in the philippines :-) perfect would be also chicken eggs from time to time. maybe you can bring some hardboiled eggs with you for snacks? let me know if this works. but again, the key is that you work out hard.
