of course LiaWan. just make sure you get engough liquid and maintain your required calorie intake. therefore, please see your "fitness monitor" section, which shows you how many clories you should consume.

hey roel, i wish i could tell you a secret but there is really none. you gotta drop all fats and carbs in your nutrition. just stick to proteins and workout a lot. try conduit training to begin with. you gotta hit the gym at least 4 times a week and drop carbs & fats almost down to 20% of your nutrition. this is tough on anyone but if you will stick with it you will drop pounds i'm sure
